Batch Optimizer

The Batch Optimizer in Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle is included with Toad® for Oracle Xpert edition.

With Batch Optimizer users can:

  • Send PL/SQL from Toad to the Batch Optimizer.
  • Continue working while the Batch Optimizer finds the SQL statements, optimizes them, and tests to see which alternative is faster the original SQL.
  • Create a script with optimized SQL to replace original PL/SQL code.
